how can i get permanently darker skin?

my skin is quite fair and i want it darker because i have a skin condition which makes parts of my face white and others brown (!) the doctor said it goes away with age and im not waiting for it to go away, so how can i get my skin darker PERMANTLY? p.s im 13

i live in UK- not exactly exotic eh? but i go to hot countrys every yr

you can bleach your skin, but to my knowledge you can't permananty darken your skin
