Ok my boyfriend and I are new to each other sexually anyways and he LOVES it when I'm on top, I love it to, I get off really quick but I'm having a difficult time actually getting real into it, everytime it seems like I'm just on top of him and he's still doing all the work, is there anything I can do to practice and make my muscle stronger so I can ride him harder or longer? He seems to be real happy with it but he keeps telling me that it'll be different when I get use to it, still I'd like to be doing something to speed up the process. Any advice would great. Thanks.

Rent a porn video that shows a woman on top and copy her hip motions. It shouldnt be any kind of work out regimen to get "used" to it. It should come fairly naturally. I like doing all the work sometimes dont worry about your man doing all the thrusting.

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. You say he loves it and you do too. You might consider doing Kegel exercises if you want to improve vaginal muscle tone--I'm sure your boyfriend will love that too! Other than that, ordinary exercise will help your overall physical condition (and remember, sex counts as exercise, too). As for speeding up the process, what's the rush? Enjoy what you have now instead of worrying that it's not good enough. Work on maintaining a healthy relationship and chances are good that the sex will improve in its own time. Honesty in communication and attentiveness to your partner's well-being will go far in rewarding you with fulfillment in your sexuality.

Well, one thing you can do to make your PC muscles(vagina) stronger is to flex them. And one way you flex them is to when you have to pee, hold it in, but not to the point you feel like you have to burst. And you can even practice when you're sitting down, just push in and out. But, another thing is when you feel like you're about to ***, just stop for a second, then start back up again it helps to go longer and you'll have more climaxes

The only way to "speed up " the process is to have sex more because when you do it gives you more practice. The more practice you have the more you get used to it. The more you get used to it the more you can consentrate on the pleasure of haveing sex.

keep practicing and get into a rhythym, its just like hoola hooping, when you get in the rhythm and have the hoop twirling around your hips, just keep practicing. Also go rent the Queens of Comedy and fast foward to the comedian Somore, she will give you excellent tips on how to ride til the wheels fall off.

The only way to speed up the process is to F uck more. Then you will build up your muscles. Or you could try the stair master or something. Kegels! lol. Congrats on the great sex.

I know that happens to me too, I feel like a darn turtle. And right away I get tired on the corners of my legs. but you know what you need to excersise your legs. And go slow and little by little, I know guys are so into it before a girl does but they need to slow down for us to get into it and learn.

ok just keep working on it and the best thing to do is strengthen your pubic muscles. but squeezing his dick with your pubic muscles not your hand. if you grip his dick with your muscles down there it will strengthen your muscles pretty good and he will like it more. i love it when i get to ride my fiance i can go for like 30 minutes to an hour. and i grip his dick with my vaginal muscles and he loves it...

you have to find your own rhythm and pace. My gf loves it on top; gets off easy and frequently. She's usually on top for 30 minutes then she let's me on top. I spread her wide and go wild as long as I can then bury it deep.
