and i'm trying to do strength training with the on demand w. comcast on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, leaving Sundays for an off day, can i still do some treadmill on those 20 minute strength training days? i'm trying to lose alot of weight and i have been eating healthy and watching my portions. drinking lots of water.

Sounds good. I power walk for an hour on the treadmill a few times a week and also weight train. I give myself one day of rest. I've lost 100 pounds so I guess it helps :)

Yes...you can add cardio to your strength training days. You should give yourself a day between strength training days so your muscles can repair themselves a little. (That is what my trainer recommends anyways) 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week is recommended so you're already doing great by doubling that!

You sound like you're trying to lose weight the healthy way like me! Not always the fastest way but definately better in the long run! Good luck!

Yes its good, you should always give your body one day rest after lifting weights. You dont ever want to lift weights 2 days in a row, the body needs time to repair and heal.
