Meatloaf sang it best: "And all of our enemies will soon be stone cold dead."
It's morbid by itself, but you can ascertain a deeper meaning. No matter what happens to us, all those around us will eventually be worm food. So, do not let those people bother you (assuming you are plagued by other people--very few problems are not caused by people).
Life can be quite enjoyable without negative people in the way. I can't say I know what's going on with your life, but I've had many a bad day myself (especially in the teen years). I pushed through and got to the creamy nougat at the center of life. I'm much happier now.
The person that causes you problems today will probably not be in your life 5 years from now. The obstacle you are facing will probably be forgotten 5 years from now.
In a sense, it's like looking forward to an afterlife. Instead of relying on a mythical place, you are relying on next week or next month. You have a pretty good shot at that being true. And you can make it a better place. If you stay positive, it probably will be a better place.
So, hang in there.

I'm sorry you're having a bad day. I'll try to keep my comments general and not include anything relating to God.
...
Maybe things will get better. Try to look for the good in things. Take a nice relaxing drive to the country (or something else calming) and once there, or on the way let out one doozy of a primal scream. Repeat primal scream as necessary. Good luck.

These are a couple of quotes from Thich Nhat Hanh (he's a vietnamese buddhist monk) and he wrote this after 5 of his peace activists were killed at the beginning of the Vietnam war, all were under the age of 20 trying to help refugees:
''Love enables us to see things that those of us without Love cannot see".
'Come over to my boat for I will show you there is a river, but no separation. Don't hesitate: I will row the boat myself. You can join me in rowing too, but let us row slowly and very, very quietly'.
One of the dead who he wrote a play about:
Hy: Please dont feel sorry for me, Sister Mai. Save it for those who are still alive. I only had to go through a few seconds, a short minute of pain, that's all. But those close to us, who are still alive, they are the ones who suffer. Even those who killed us. They don't know what they did.'
Two more:
'The eyes of the living have a difficult time seeing the whole of life'.
'We died for tolerance and love, not more hate and destruction'. No bible quotes here it's from his book:
"Love in Action". I was dumb struck when I read it. It made too much sense. Feel better.

Here are some of my favorite quotes to think on when I have a bad day:
“Outmaneuvered on all counts, I opt to change the rules.”
--Never Cry Wolf
“It’s not the age, honey, it’s the mileage.” – Indiana Jones
"The man who sets out to carry a cat by its tail learns something that will always be useful and which never will grow dim or doubtful." Mark Twain.
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall"
"Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly until you learn to do it well." -Steve Brown
And a song:
No matter if you're born to play the king or pawn
For the the line is thinly drawn
'Tween joy and sorrow.
And so my fantasy becomes reality
And I must be what I must be and face tomorrow.
--Simon and Garfunkel

visualise a glorious sunset or sunrise, see the shadows cast along the open fields.
Look to the top of that mountain glittering with white snow like
ice cream on a cone.
See how hard the Salmon jump up river against the flow just to spawn.
Look to he East and then the West then North and South and see the beauty that is yours to enjoy.

May I suggest that the bad day may be an emotional 'hangover' from the past 48 hours or even your dreams last night. Therefore, to 'work to remember your dreams' and/or to take a close look at who you interacted with, what you watched on TV, or what 'music' you listened to -- may have negatively affected you (and, thus, today, you are oppressed by a 'bad mood' or day.
On the other hand, if it's one of those days where absolutely Nothing goes right !!! From dropping the toothbrush, to spilling the morning coffee, to stubbing your toe....I go back to bed and pull the covers over my head ..ohh and suck my thumb.....Not really...but, I thought it was cute....

Well, I don't know how comforting this is, but just remember that there's always someone who has it a LOT worse than you. There's people starving. People without homes. People that are at the doctor's office today hearing the news that they have cancer. Whatever bad things are happening to you, I very much hope it isn't nearly as bad as that.
Keep your chin up--spring is finally here, and summer will be here before too long! (If that's not good news, then I don't know what is.)

I am so sorry -I had one of those rotten days yesterday. Just try really hard to see the good things in your life. I know that sometimes it's hard to see any good but it's always there.
I'm a christian so my faith sees me through but I respect that you don't want to hear that so just know that things are never as bad as they seem. I hope life gives you a break and that you can have a good weekend.

I am truly sorry you are having a bad day. I really hope it gets better. What always helps me is to go out go for a walk, then have a damn good cry, get it all out, and it can only get better from there. have a chocolate bar, find something online to make you laugh, and keep in mind that tomorrow is another day.
(((hugs))
