dumb vbells are really good enough . and all gtyms havbe those. as for specific machines. tyhe bigger ones would undoubtly have them

I think what your looking for is called pec deck (trains your pectorial muscles). It will tone up your chest and your breasts will probably look smaller and more toned.
If they don't have a pec deck then you'll have to do what are called flyes (with dumbells on a bench).

they have them at my bally's but if you lay on a bench with two dumbells 5-10lbs based on your fitness and start with them at your shoulders then press up and in you'll feel it! but it won't make those girls smaller.. it will lift them make then perky. breasts are made of fat to loose fat you need cardio and weights to increase muscle mass to burn more calories when exercising.
