The main way to stop AIDS from spreading is for a couple who have the Virus not to have kids.. and people to always use protected sex whether they know they have it or not. If people don't use this measure then there will be too large of AIDS populated places to be able to purchase a cure. Yes, there is a cure for AIDS in India. So it costs a lot to have the vials of medication imported to the Americas.

Find a vaccine.. But once that happens we need to find a way to keep the african population from growing larger than what the land can support, and find something to do with all the I.V. drug users who don't die from aids anymore..

Well, pretty self-explanatory. First of all, stop all the promiscuity. It's just sex, not the big deal that everybody seems to be making of it. Abstinence in all cases possible and condom usage for all sexual encounters.

Find a cure, use condoms, stop sleeping with multiple partners, get tested, Keep your legs closed and zipper up.... Stop sleeping with just anyone!
