Which is better to run long distance in track with?

I say the air max 360. The reason behind that is I used to have a $120 pair of shox and they kept falling apart only a few weeks after I bought them. The sole kept coming loose and I had to keep gluing them back on.

NO SHOX. If you had to pick between the two of them you should choose Nike Air Max 360's but neither are good shoes for running in. You are best off with going with Asics or getting spikes for track. Nike Shox provide poor support and neither are good for long distance running. Good Luck.

Honestly, Nike has been doing poorly with thier high-end shoes lately. I have loved the 360's in the past, but no longer. I currently own the Shox TL3's and they are horrible at running. Nice to walk in, though. If you want to stick with Nike, Pegasus. They will do you just as well as the 360's.

Try a running shoe store or www.roadrunnersports.com for fitment, reviews, etc.

neither. shox slow you down when you are running. if you want to use a pair of nike shoes, get some spikes or rubber bottom racing shoes. like Nike Zoom Rival S III or Nike Zoom Celar '04.

go for a pair of air max 360's if u want one of those two. personally, if you're gonna be running long distance you'll need plenty of cushioning, so I cant help but recommend the Saucony Triumph. the blokes shoes make not suit all tastes (u get a choice of gold or metallic blue) but u'll feel like ur running on a bouncy castle

NEITHER

you're going to hurt yourself running long distance in those shoes, the Shox especially. they are not made for distance running.

do yourself a big favor, and go to a shoe store that specializes in running. let them look at your shoes and stride, and pick a shoe that fits you. Asics and New Balance make some good ones for decent prices.
