First off, I can't tell from your question how reliable your information is. Could be his friend is jerkin' your chain, in which case you're getting worked up over nothing.
However, let's presume for the moment that what you heard is true. He's gonna dump you "in a month?" That seems rather cold and calculating, suggesting someone who's merely out to get as much as he can from you and cast you aside. In that case, it doesn't matter how much you care for him, since he doesn't care for you AT ALL.
If you believe this information to be true, your best bet is to simply drop him and start working on getting over it. Because if this is the case, and you stick around, you're only gonna get used.

You sound young and blinded but what you THINK is love. There's no denying you have strong feelings for him, but you've only been together a very short time. Take it slow. You sound a lot like me in that you let relationships screw with your mind. If he's planning on dumping you soon, he's probably just with you for sex. DON'T sleep with him!!! I would say just break it off with him, but if you really want to make it work talk with him about what you heard. If he's sincere and truly cares about you he will give you an honest explanation and he'll try his hardest to show that he can be trusted and really wants to be with you. If he plans on dumping you in a month then that means he plans to seal the deal first... He is scum, he doesnt care about you and i think he probably just wants you for sex. Get rid of him... Or talk to him about it, his friend could be jealous and might be trying to break you two up.

the best thing to do is just ask him without expressing any emotions so that he can answer honedtly without feeling pressured into telling you what he thinks you need to hear to make you quit being upset. this way you will get an honest answer and there will be no questions.

depends on the guy who told you ask yourself niceguy or badguy ? if he's a nice guy trying to protect you dump your boyfriend first (look at your boyfriends past - has he had a lot of quick girlfriends if so that is also a sign to to dump him ).on the otherhand if his friend is jealous or he wants you he might have just told you that to make it go his way faster .
