It kinda depends on the nationality of the person. Different countries use different dialects. One of the most formal ways to ask this is: "Que vas a tomar para almuerzo?" Tomar means "to take" usually used as "to take in". Remember that v's sound more like b's in spanish. Also you pronounce muer in almuerzo kinda like the kissy sound muah.
