I have pain in the left side of my back, and the right side of my neck, when i take a deep breath. it started a little bit ago. like 4 days ago, and now i have a cough since 3 am two days ago, and it hurts under the 3rd set of ribs. on both sides. could it be as simple as a chiropractor adjustment??

No. You need to have a doctor listen to your lungs and a possible chest x-ray to see what's going on. You probably have a respiratory infection and need antibiotics. Don't wait for it to get any worse.

No if you go to see the chiropractor it could make things worse. Talk to someone who knows what they are doing with this stuff.
