I don't know I haven't been to a church in ages. Personally, I think it would fall under the freedom of speech amendment(but that's just me.). When I first read your question I burst out laughing. I got a mental image of of church goers sitting all prim and proper staring blankly at the Pastor/Minister/Reverend(they all mean the same thing do they not?)when all of a sudden some random guy bursts through the front doors and starts booing.

In some churches you would be surrounded by people laying hands on you and praying for you.
You would not get a chance to leave until you had been saved.
Then you would be baptized and pledge that together we build.
Don't underestimate the tenacity of Christians.

Actually, it's not even illegal.
Depending on the laws of your state, they might get you for trespassing, but some states consider churches public places!
So good luck!

You may be arrested for "Disturbing the peace".
Besides, why would you try to push your religion of people? Isn't that what you accuse them of? What a hypocrite.
