I have read 3 books in a span of a week. I have a good job with a great company. but i cant get over her. i feel very lost without her. I dont want her back coz she hurt me so bad. but most of the day i think about her. she never calls me anymore yet i want to be there for her through everything. i want her to be successful. i want to put her in a position where she can prosper. But talking to her will only hurt me as she seems to have moved on fine without me. she is dating someone else now... what do i do? i have to move on i know but some days seem very easy, others seem impossible.

You are going through the array of emotions that happen to everyone after a break-up. Just give yourself time, and slowly she'll fade further and further into just a distant memory. They say losing someone is like a death in the family, and that can take a long time to get over. I don't think you miss the girl, you miss the relationship and intimacy. That's by far the hardest to get over. Take the time to grieve the loss and you'll be better for it.

oh you sound miserable! i know it's hard...everyone says time will heal it but my 1st break up the "time" was way longer than a thought...sounds like you stay really busy already which is great. try to hang with friends so you are out there and try to have fun(hard i know) and meet new people. you sound like you really care about her and that's good that you are so caring. hoep you find the girl that really deserves you...

the easiest way to get over a girlfriend is to involve yourself with another girl. get out, meet new people, or strengthen the relationshipd youve had with people before her that maybe grew weaker during the time you were with her.
