It is unfortunate that Global warming and climate change seem to be in fashion. It's been going on for decades. We are only noticing it now? People have got to take a stand and demand from their governments action. Start a revolution and get people to buy their products from green minded companies. Let's do something about it. Write letters to celebrities and such, that seems to be who people listen to. Instead of just complaining about it to redneck conservatives we have to make the change happen and we have to initiate the change through proper persuasion.

You just need to get out more, you'll find out that most people share your worries. You're really not alone.
As for children's future, I'm more worried about my own, since it seems I'll live through most of the big change.
Also, polar bears live on ice, there's no ground under that ice, when it melts there's ocean. In norther Canada when ice melts there are grasses, this isn't quite so bad for the polar bear, but the ones on the ice face a terrible end.
Oh, and we do have very vast wilderness left, and currently mankind is making the switch to the point where in this decade more people will be living in cities than rural areas, this is appearantly the first time in human history that this will happen. This is good in a way as cities are far more efficient than if we're spread out.
Anyhow, if you wish to help, plant some trees, drive a little less, change your lightbulbs and appliances to energy efficient ones, turn off lights when you leave a room, instead of using a drive-through go into the restaurant. You can also write to politicians and tell them to take up the slack, because they can do more than we can. You can also donate to charities that share your interests, like the WWF, or Greenpeace. Point is, doing nothing will just keep making it seem like an insurmountable problem.
Best of luck.

I care, but be prepared for some rude answers. People want to be oblivious to what is going on. But the truth is that we have caused damage and it will only progressivly get worse. Recycling is a good way to start, car pooling, trying to cut down on our natural resources. Ignore peopel that have snide comments, they are part of the problem. Not that I am saying that they pollute but they obviosly don't want to contribute to keeping our earth friendly. It makes me wonder what there houses look like then. We need to respect our planet we do not own it, we are guests (that is how we need to think) we wouldn't treat a hostess home with disrespect so why do we continue to abuse our earth and direspect our planet.

1. Punctuation is your friend.
2. Why use Yahoo Answers just to state an opinion? You're not even asking a real question. Try starting a Blog.
3. Mankind is going to demolish the planet to the point where we'll have to find a new home. Just a matter of time.

i admire Joseph very plenty. i think of He replaced into to be counseled because of the fact He Listened to God while He replaced into got here across to be at a loss for words over Mary being pregnant. maximum men might have under no circumstances offered that tale. Joseph replaced into purely as blessed as Mary., a surprising guy. The earthly Father of Jesus.
