He said that he liked me but doesn't know how to talk to me because he doesn't know that much about me and doesn't know what my intrest are. should i talk to him first or play hard to get.

He seem to be a straight up person that he told you he does. Depending on how long you both have known each other, you really have to know what he's up to. Is he into serious, casual, or playing games? I say, you know yourself better I think it is smart to get to know him first. Take your time to know each other well and see if you both have things in common. But please do not overly spend time with him. You are a unique butterfly that has other flowers to smell than flying around with him (if you know what i mean). So as a result, don't blab about yourself too much just to impress him when he should be impressing you. Keep yourself cool yet distant (slightly mysterious) Guys find that attractive when a woman can hold on their own. Good luck! I hope it works out!

Talk to him first. Get his phone number and then call him and talk to him and ask him what he likes to do.
