don't under estimate the power of a 19 year old girl who works out regularly, I know a few 14 year old girls who can beat the stongest guys in our class in arm wrestling...don't be dissapointed if you lose, after all it's just arm wrestling lol

Be careful, she's likely to do you an injury, as her arms will be well developed from all that swimming.
Best go for a more pleasurable pastime -like making love, or sharing a Pizza ;0)

Arm wrestling is more about technique.
Follow Sly's example and Over The Top!! That is to say use your wrist leverage and well as brute power.
You could, however, be an gentleman and let her win!

Look if you don't work out and she swims regularly you can bet she is goin to win. Get up and work out to strengthen your body if ya wanna win other wise she'll be winning this match.

yeah she'll be strong .... especially if your on the team and your a good swimmer and have been swimming for a long time... I swim and im only 5'2 and I could do some DAMAGE!!

I would definitely try to cram in some push ups or some weight lifting before I attempted to challenge your friend. Don't go with a cocky attitude: and if she does manage to beat you, be a good sport. ^_^

swimmers are very strong,they use every muscle in there body,one of the fittest sport about...she might have an advantage..if your puny lol x
