How can i use torrent when my ports are blocked?

I use LAN network where some ports are blocked. Can i somerhow use torrents? Can anyone tell me how to overcome these blocked ports? Please help.

i can't change my router settings, because administrator has blocket ports and he do not want to open ports. So how can i overcome blocked ports and use torrents

Well if your administrator says no, then the answer is you don't. The main reason admins do this is to protect the network they are responsible for maintaining Torrents are not particularly safe.

Since you really have no idea from who you are getting the data you don't really know what you are downloading along with what you wanted!

So use the torrent where you are the administrator and don't abuse a system you don't own.
