Extra Sharp Cheddar, especially the Tillamook brand (made in Washington state). I'm also partial to one of the many types of "Blue" cheese.

I make all sorts of homemade raw cheeses, with lovely fresh, raw milk, straight from the cow. I don't think I could choose a favorite-from the basic cottage cheese, right down to an aged cheddar, they are all lovely

Muenster. It's good with crackers. Tastes like butter, reminds me of when I was little visiting my aunt and grandma. They always had it on the table with crackers and coffee when guests came. Nostalgic I guess but boy is it good in a ham and English muffin sandwich!!!
