Hello, I'm going to attempt a recipe that includes Parmesan salami as an ingredient, however, I can't find it to buy! Will any other types of salami act as a usefule substitute?
Thanks.

Parmesan salami just has Parmesan encrusted on the outer layer. Buy hard salami and depending on what you are making, you can sprinkle some parm in the dish.

I sure would like to know what the recipe is for what you're making, anytime I see salami I like to teak the recipe with spicy Kielbasa, the parmesan is usually added in the end if it fresh parma

I think any other hard type of salami should be okay.
