Hi there,
Nothing really. You may find that it can burn the skin and leave red streaks (say if the toothpaste runs down your chin). I can not use the standard brands of toothpaste; any tooth paste with baking soda is a real no no for me - the soda causes my gums to peel. For people who are sensitive to chemicals and scents and stuff often the detergent used in the toothpaste, or the "foaming" agent can cause skin irritations. And as I said, with me, even baking soda (Arm and Hammer is the worst!) causes irritations.
Cheers.

nothing should happen, unless your skin in sensitive to the ingredients in it. I put toothpaste on pimples on my face all the time and nothing happens.
