Ok, here we go: If you want to see waterfalls in Georgia, go up north to Tallulah Falls/Gorge. It is beautiful and lots of stuff to see. There is also the start of the Appalachian Trail, Blood Mountain, etc. up there. You can go down south to the swamp for canoeing and camping for some fun as well.

The most historic city of Georgia is Savannah. During the Civil War, Sherman burned most of historic Georgia. He spared Savannah. That is why it has more old southern charm than any other city in the state. You will love going down there. It is a treck, but worth it.

Now the fun and excitement of Atlanta is everything and anything you want. The Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta is spectacular. It is one of the best in the world. Zoo Atlanta is impressive as well, though I have heard it is sliding some. I have not been there in years. Go out to Stone Mountain for a nice day of outdoors, some history, and go to the top for a great view of the city. Tour CNN, World of Coke, and go to the tope of the Peachtree Plaza (Westin) hotel. There is a great restaurant/bar up there that spins for a 360 degree view of the city. Shop/dine/party in Buckhead, Midtown, or the Virginia Highlands. With all that I just listed, you will travel from top to bottom of the state, but have a great time doing it. Enjoy yourself.

There are many amazing things to see and do in GA
In Atlanta it is important to see the neighborhoods of Little Five Points (great shopping and people watching) Inman Park, Cabbagetown, Virginia Highlands (great bars and shopping) and Midtown (home to Piedmont Park, the jewl of Atlanta and great for ppl/ dog watching. Buckhead is great for high end shopping and has some good restaurants but lacks character.
It is crucial that if you have time in yourvisit to to go to Savannah. It is one of the only cities in GA that was not burned to the ground in the CIvil War so the houses are very historic. It is a beautiful town, easy to get around and a must see if you are in GA. In fact, the French newspaper Le Monde named it the prettiest city in America. It has some nice restaurants and is a 20 minute drive from the beach. As for falls, the Tallulah Gorge is amazing. Have fun!

Savannah Georgia is the nicest place to go. They have the River Walk which has all sorts of shops and Pubs. They have Haunted graveyards and tours. Also Tybee beach is close by.They have plenty of historic landmarks there. My favorite place to eat is the Pirate's House which actually use to be a place pirates would stay. Cool stuff in there. Almost like a maze!!!!!!! If you go to Atlanta I believe they just opened one of the world's Largest Aquarium. I haven't been but I have heard so many good things about it. I would love to go some day.

Go to Andretti in the northern suburb of Roswell (take Interstate 85 north and get off at the exit that will take you to GA State Route 400. Take GA 400 northbound until you get to Exit 8 [Mansell Road]. Make a left on Mansell Road. Keep straight until you get to the intersection of Mansell Road and Alpharetta Highway. Make a left on Alpharetta Highway. You will see a white building with hardly any windows that has "ANDRETTI" in green neon lights on your right.) Andretti is an indoor go-kart race track with an arcade inside and a mini Fuddruckers. It's fun! You should go there!
