You don't even need to buy special paper. If you just want to send a picture as a postcard, all you have to do is apply the right amount of postage on the back (hint: it's the same amount that you would use for a purchased postcard). Divide the back of the picture in half vertically. On the right side, you write the address of the person, and on the left side you write your message (if desired). In the upper right corner, apply your stamp.

Regular sized post cards are 4x6 so any 4x6 photo paper will do and you don't need the place for the stamp or address... just allot the right half of the back of the image for the address and stamp. Put your return and message on the left side. Use the same amount of postage that you would use for a regular post card.

Trust me this is the best way to do it... I sometime do bulk mailings for my business and this is what I do... I also send family photos to my son and others in the same way...

Good luck...

Actually, I was at a Walmart the other day and on an endcap there was a package that had postcards in which you can add your own picture to them. and i believe that you can buy blank ones also. some computers have programs to design it yourself.
