Buy this stuff called Coco Lopez, it's very thick and tastes really good (it's also good for breading thigs like shrimp). Put some mango puree in it & add your favorite kind of rum. Don't use ice - let the colada mix chill until it's frozen. You can add some strawberry puree in the glass - it'll taste like drinking liquid candy!

This isn't exactly a pina colada but it's really good and has the same kind of effect and slightly similar taste. but really good for you too

FRESH
mango sliced and diced
pineapple sliced and diced
bananas sliced and diced
99 banana's liquor
Ice

take a handful of each fruit and as much liquor as you want (i like mine strong and the fruit hides the alcohol very well so be careful!) add ice and blend. Pour into nice glasses and garnish with pineapple.

sometimes i add kiwi andits really good

Goya brand carries a FANTASTIC juice in their "Nectar" line that's a combination of Pineapple and Coconut without the greasy aftertaste of the thicker coconut milks in the asian sections. Just take an icy cold can of Goya Nectar and add a shot of Rum. It's the best Pinacolada I've ever had!
