Why do you have to look thin, what's wrong with being normal? Only some folks are thin naturally and others have a little more flesh on their bones. Stay off sugary foods and grease - eat fresh fruits, whole grains, a few nuts, and vegetables every day! Get a brisk walk in the out of doors four or five days a week! Don't become another skinny girl who's not healthy!

Before giving you an actual number, consider how healthy you are; do you eat nutritional,well-balanced meals? Do you get regular exercise? Do you think you might have an eating disorder of some type? Too many 13 year olds think that looking thin is in, just like in the magazines. That's not really healthy, though. Being too skinny is not a good thing, just like being too fat is not a good thing.
I think it used to be, 100 pounds for five feet, then an addtional five pounds for every additional inch. According to that calculation, I'd be twenty pounds overweight, and most people think I'm thin!

my guess would be somewhere around 100-115 pounds, but it really depends on your build. dont worry about the number, sweetie. go by what looks good to you. your body will do a lot of changes in the next couple of years and that can make your weight change and if you are active in sports or working out then muscle will weigh more than fat and make your weight a little higher. trust me. i used to be a slave to the scale b/c i was always trying to fit into the ideal body weight, but then i realized i looked fine the way i was and had a lot of muscle so i wasnt going to fit into the perfect weight category for my height. as long as you eat healthy and maintain an active life you will look great and feel great!!

Well to look thin is a relative thing. At your age and height maybe 110. But ask your doctor to ake sure. You need to consider growth and health.
