Ok there is this guy that I think likes me. The reason is because he is always nervous around me and I am not a scary chick at all. I am just his friend and I don't flirt with him. I am just really nice.
One day, he was telling me and his guy friend how it was almost impossible to get to his girlfriend. She lives 5 states away.I didn't even know he had a girlfriend.
This was the day after I caught him staring at me for a long time. After I caught him looking at me, I looked at him, and then I looked away.
He is also a really nice guy.

Looks can be deceiving. Not in this case though. I'd say he was into you. Maybe he wanted to seem...I don't know...more experienced by saying that he had a girlfriend. Maybe he wanted to see if you'd get jealous. Ask him about his girlfriend, and if he has trouble describing her, then he made her up. If this, take a chance and ask him if he likes you. And yes, hol, she did tell us what he said. He said he it was hard to get to his 'girlfriend'. Pay attention!

Maybe you remind him of his girlfriend? Or maybe he was trying to figure out who he likes better. If he was staring at you either he likes you or he gets lost in thought.
