Well i always found that currency was just too nasy, especially if you get a bleeder, the last thing you want touching you raw nose would be the nasties on the monies. I also found with straws if you werent carefull enough, and usually i was trying to down some lines somewhere where i shouldnt have been doing it, that the straws can easily cut the inside of a regualer users nose.
So I would say neither.
My best friend was always the casing to a pen. Taking off the ink part and the reverse pluggy guy too. Then I just liked the idea of not accidently whiping out the cut straw in line at the grocery store. So The pen thing worked great, i liked the lenght so i could see what was going on and the thickness to the pen was more gentle to my nose than a straw.

Yeah, I tried to snort coke but the ice cubes got stuck up my nose.
