Is it true that writing notes/ lettters in different colours of ink can signify different feelings about that person?

I was told that writing in red ink means ignorance, can someone shed some light on the matter??

I am not sure red ink means ignorance but....

I take notes in four different colors of ink to help me organize my thoughts.

Red ink is the ink I write in when taking notes from the teacher's lecture.
Blue ink is for taking notes from the book.
Green ink is what I use to put the red and blue notes together and make study notes for a test.
Black ink is what I write everything else in.

My professors like this because they can see where I have been and where I am going in my writing.

So does different ink mean different feelings? Hope not, but it is an interesting concept. :-)
