We haven't dated. I have been taking care of an ill uncle and left a great job to do it. Now, I wonder if that man who liked me would still be interested in me if I didn't still have that job. He was such a sweety, and I just bet he is a snuggly type of slow dancer.

If he is truly interested in knowing more or if he showed you in any way b4 that he liked you , then you not working right now , would not be a problem, cause after all its is YOU he would want to know more from right?..And if u are taking some time off work to take care of a loved one, that is something admirable...
If to this guy you not working is a "but" to date or know u more., then he is definitely not the one for you girl..there are plenty of fish in the ocean!

why dont you invite him somewhere and see where he is coming from. explain whats happening and see if he is still interested, if not move on. that is so nice takeing care of your uncle. you sound like a very nice person. I hope your uncle is doing better.

IT should be you he is interested in not your job, and to be honest if you haven't dated as yet are you sure he is interested in you that way don't beat yourself up just go with the flow

Well the only way to know is to ask him out yourself if he chooses not to then it's his loss.The way I look at it is if he is going to judge you then he isn't the 1 for u.Don't settle for just anyone.Make sure the person excepts u for u no matter what happens.Good luck n hope it works out for ya.
