i had a rosted chicken breast so i remove the skin and the wing and the neck and heat it in the toaster so how many cal in it
NOTE
the breast is small and i had 1 breast not 2
i through away the bone as i dont eat it

Dude, its a tiny chicken breast! Its good for you anyway! Just eat it and stop worrying. Damn freaks and thier eating disorders...sigh.
