Goat's milk, I think - and I think it's only one T - feta

Though you will see cow's milk feta, the genuine thing is goats milk. It has a stronger, more earthy flavor than cow's feta and since most of us have only been exposed to cow, buy a small amount to sample first; it is an acquired taste, but I love it.

Originally, it's made from sheep milk, or goat milk. The sheep milk one is way more common, and the goat milk is more expensive.
You can find cow milk feta really easily though.

Usually feta cheese is made from goats.Feta cheese actually originated in Greece.
