ok.. the "cute and sassy" answers aside; It's been my experience that if you dream of waking up and are surprised to find that it was, indeed, a dream, you may not be getting enough sleep. Or maybe not a restful sleep. I would suggest taking a melatonin tablet right before bed. You can get this at a healthfood store. Just follow the directions on the label and be sure that you can sleep for at least 7 hours when you take it. Good luck and sweet dreams!

This will lead to realization that even the waking stage is also a dream from the stand point of the self. If you really realize that the waking stage is also an illusion you will not be bothered about the ever changing world and its relationships.

The same thing I did when I dreamt I died in the same bed in the same room in the same position I was sleeping in, NOTHING, or you could call the cops.
