Well, I'm still 26, but with less than a week to go before I am disqualified by your age requirement.
I am financially stable myself--have my Nursing degree, and no debts, and serious money in savings, so I don't need a sugar daddy.
I am currently dating a guy in town here that is one year younger than me. And I have a long distance relationship with a man who is almost 20 years older than I.
Neither of my relationships have to do with material anything. I am involved with each because they can give me different things.
The concern I have with my younger friend is that I won't be able to live up to the "ideal" he has of me. The concern with the older friend is his health--both mental and physical.
And the concern I have for me is that I can not really decide between them. It would be ideal if I could marry them both.
I read a book once (futuristic science fiction) that described marriages on pioneer worlds. On one particular world, any number and sexual mix of people could marry at one time, and form a family unit. There were no constraints about who partnered who, for how long, within the marriage. Same sex liaisons within the marriage group were just as common as hetero ones...I think this sort of marriage would be MY ideal.

I am 26. The oldest guy I would date would be late 30s. The things that would concern me the most is how many times had he been married, why they ended in divorce, how many kids does he have, has a job, has a car, and basically knows what he wants out of life. If he doesnt have a car, a job, and has no idea what he wants to do with his life than I would say by 40 he is very lacking in his life.

I am 21 yrs. old.
Me and this guy used to like each other a long time ago. I was 19 at the time, he looked like he was 26, at the oldest 27, so we hung out a couple of times, he was really good looking, had an awesome Truck and a great personality, he was fun to hang around. One day we went over and visited my cousin. My cousin and her boyfriend were in their house and me and him was outside sitting down just talking (keep in mind we had only hung out 2 times before) He then asked me how old I was and I told him 19, I mean we both looked really young you know so it wasn't like age ever came up. When I said that he was like woah, oh my gosh, I was like what? He said that he was 35. I didn't believe him, I mean he looked like he was at the oldest 26, so I looked at his drivers license and sure enough he was. We started laughin so hard we couldn't breathe, we still hung out after that, we never got serious though, not because of our age, but because we were just in 2 different parts in our life.
So to answer your question, 35 is probably the oldest I would go, anything after that would be too much of a father figure I think.
Just keep in mind that everyone has their own opinion, I believe that if you truly love someone then age is just a number.

I'm 21... Basically I have dated all older guys. Right now I'm with a guy that is 25 yrs old. I like dating older guys because they are more mature in most aspects of thier life.
Now, the oldest that I'm willing to date would be 28 or 29. No older then that.

I'm 24 and just ended a relationship with a 32 year old. What broke us up was just distance. No real problems ever occured because of age. I also didn't have any major concerns except some ppl who are small minded liked to ask me why someone that old and succesful and handsome was still single. I never looked at it that way though. It sounds clique but in most cases, age really is just a number.

I am 22 and the oldest I would date is probably early 30's. I just don't think that I would be attracted to a man much older than that. In the case that I was, I guess I would go for it.

I'm 25 and I wouldn't want to date anyone over 32 or 33, just because I think that one area of bonding is being from the same generation. It's a good way to connect and to understand where each person is coming from. Of course, I also believe that love has no boundaries, so I think that if I met someone that was 50 or older and I fell in love, I wouldn't think it was wrong.
