New gardener, but got some great tangerines from my dad in florida, would like to know if they can be dwarfted, to sell at my sale as little trees?

You can't make them dwarfed but you could plant your regular tangerine seeds and use them as root stock and graft dwarf tangerine stock on to them.

Try and learn Bonsai techniques . You can do wonders with your existing trees .

Your Idea is less likely to work satisfactorily.
