Being that it's milk, and bottled up at that, I imagine that it just want's your company!
I'm not sure what to put the groin twitching down too! Are you sure it's not an itch, rather than a twitch? ;-)

Bottled milk reminds you of the 'good old days' when life was so much simpler and the whole world stretched before us in an endless mist of happy healthier days. The world was just a place to have fun when you could.
Now you have to deal with the fact of your own mortality and how you will deal with your final acts on this great earth. You are dwelling on how things could have been if you had only done this and that.
You need to drink more milk and enjoy every drop by drinking the whole milk (3%). Sometimes when you are hungry in the evening, it isn't a drink you need, its the food of your childhood, a bowl of your favorite cereal with that whole milk and sugar on it.. and yes you can have a big bowl and a heaping spoon of sugar.
Give a smile to yourself in the mirror before you leave the house and then smile at somebody who doesn't have one of their own. It won't cost much and people look so much better with a sweet smile on their faces.
See your doctor if milk gives you any more problems. He will understand or refer you to somebody he believes will understand.

It wants you to shake it, or you have left it out too long and has grown it's own life force within the growing bacteria, leave it a bit longer and it might grow legs and walk itself to the bin.
