even though i refuse to eat a lot of food still im chubby..what will i do?!

It's probably not the amount of food you eat but rather what kind of food. Fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, and low fat dairy products are good. Limit your bread, pasta, potatoes, sugar, and and anything that is high in carbohydrates.
