what did you name your kids and how old are they and how did you come up with the name? My daughter's name is chantrella and she is 9 yrs old and i just made it up when i was 14 yrs old and when i had my daughter at 25..that was what i named her. My son is 13 months old and his name is brendin. I could not think of a unique name for a boy so i did a unique spelling. My mom and my daughter named him. my fiancee did not have a problem with me naming him that as my mom died 4 days before my son was born and i raised my daughter with my mom and dad's help so it was only fitting for my mom and daughter to name my son.

I have 3 children. The first one is named Michael Joe and that is a name of a guy that I had liked since I was 14. He wanted to take me to the movies when I was 16 but no way would my mom let me go. I have had that name picked out since I was in high school. The middle name was his dad's middle name. He is now 35. My 2nd son is named Shawn David. He is 34. I had a friend who named her son Shawn and I had thought that it was a horrible name. The more I said it the better I liked it. My 3rd child is a girl and I named her Nicole Elisabeth. That was supposed to be my 2nd babies name if I had a girl. Her name was a name that I took from a soap that I use to watch. I was supposed to name her Nicole Danielle but that name was not the name that I really wanted. She is now 29.

I have 2 sons. Austin 2 and Tyler 3 mos. Their names aren't unique, but I have always liked the names. My husband and I looked in baby name books, and those are the ones that we picked.

Matthew Eric (Matt) was named for Matt Dillon, the most honest and trustworthy cowboy, also biblical.
Amy Louise was named after two of the characters in the book "Little Women"r

I have one son named Micah and he's 16. I actually didn't name him.....I adopted him when he was 3 years old and he had been named Micah by his birth mother.

I hate to burst your bubble but Chantrella is just a type of mushroom with an A added at the end, its not really a "made up" name.
