a low white blood cell count means that you have a lower than what is accepted as usual number of white blood cells. these are the cells that fight infection in your body.
Some people can naturally have a lower white blood cell count than others, though usually it means your body is trying to fight an infection somewhere, or that something else is wrong.
check with your doctor.
