hatchery operated by the "Coastal Restoration Institute & Marketing Cooperative" would be hosted by and financially boot strapped by "Arks Landing", a proposed eco-tourism hotel aboard a 30,000 square foot ocean going quarters barge (x-US navy). Preliminary plans with art work are nearly complete. We expect that the vessel will be brought ashore in a suitable spot that is too vulnerable to hurricanes for any other development usage.
