What is a good cardio workout besides tae-bo 5 times a week and a calorie intake of 1500?

go for a 45 minute brisk walk every day and you will notice

That depends on the amount of calories you want to burn and how much you weigh right now. The most important thing is that you do something that you enjoy: running, swimming, jogging, biking... those are good examples. If you do tae bo I assume you have a good physical constitution, so you should do a combination of 45 to 60 minutes 5 times a week of the mentioned above. You could run one week, swim the other and so on or you could run day 1, swim day 2, bike day 3 and so on... The clue to achieving this is to enjoy what you do!!! Good luck.

I do a recumbent bike..Back injury has stopped me from any treadmills or jogging. I have to do it sitting now. I can burn, depending on the intensity, anywhere from 200-300 calories in 30 minutes.. with no additional stress on my joints etc. Good luck.

Try hard core roller skating! Gives you nice legs and butt!
