I agree with the girl that answered weight watchers.3years ago I lost over 35 lbs on it and it is still off. they give you a great support system and if you have a hard time losing weight they can help you, because they have all been through it even the people who run the meetings. and if you want to so it wright no fad diet will help you keep it off. and the girl that said stop eating is very wrong. I've been in the medical field for a Long time. and when you stop eating your body will do whatever it has to to survive. your fat is not the only thing that it will feed on, it will feed on your muscle and organs and your systems will eventually start to shut down. I could go on about this, but if you want to lose the weight you need to look around and find a diet and exercise program that is right for you. Try ediet.com they have many different diets and systems. good luck to you

I lost a lot of weight about a year ago, and what made it easy for me, was to not think of it like a diet. I would just eat healthier foods, more times a day than before. The trick isnt quanitity, its quality of the food you eat. Also make working out fun. I dance to my favorite songs for about an hour in the morning and that's the best workout and really fun to do. At first you might feel weird dancing by yourself, but if you do it enough you will probably love it too. Good Luck. :)

For me, it was the Atkin's Diet plan. I got my doctor's blessing to give it a try, & it was a great healthy eating plan for me. Notice, I didn't say "diet?" I hate that four letter word. You must learn how to eat healthy from this day forward, in order to be healthy. I got the paperback version of the Dr. Atkin's Plan, & read just enough of the book to get me started, as the plan is written in stages. If you follow those stages in order, & stick to it faithfully, you will lose weight. It's a great plan for diabetics also, as it keeps the sugar level where it should be. The protein allowed in this plan, keeps you full longer. I lost 130 lbs. in just under one year, & have kept it off, plus I've lost more these past few months. People can say what they want about the Atkin's plan, but unless they have tryed it & stuck to it faithfully, they need to keep thier opinions to themselves. Shortly after I lost the 130 lbs., I had to have surgery, & my doctor was amazed at how quickly I recovered & bounced right back. He attributes it to the big weight loss & being so healthy.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! A lot of people do not believe this and think you have to strain yourself or eat very little, but trust this is the best/ and cheapest diet anyone can do. Ask your Doctor, he will agree! Eat mainly oats, chucken, and fish. Drink lots of water and fruit drinks. Take walks every day, every other day, or three times week; as long you you get some exercise. Eat oats and drink water about an hour before you go to bed. Make sure you get 6-8 hrs. sleep every night.

Good morning to you. In my opinion, one of the best ways to lose weight is to clean your colon regularly and still eat and move around.
There is a such thing as too much exercise as well, so just walk, jog, or sprint evry now and then...and you sill have done a work-out without all of the vigorous activities. If you have a sweet tooth, just find the same types of swets in sugar-free products. Research on your own and ask questions about different foods to eat as well. have a blessed day and take care.

what i found out that works the best is eating more healthy and more often. dont starve yourself like most diets want you to. but if you eat more often you wont get that hungry feeling which tends to make you eat more at one sitting... the key is to eat less food, but eat more often. like for beakfast eat maybe an egg,yogurt,2 slices of toast, glass of juice.then like 2 hours later eat an fruit(apple\bannana).then for lunch have maybe a subway low cal. sub...then around 2:00 have another light snack(rasins, grapes).then for dinner have a regular meal.but dont eat anything 4-5 hours prior to your normal bed time, and try to drink plenty of water during the whole day. With this diet plan your not starving yourself so you dont get that "im hungry/over-eating" feeling...
