So do I. I think it's because of the hormonal change in our bodies and the body trying to replace iron and other nutrients lost during the month.

Yes i think we all do - you should try eating food with iron in it such as red meat as this will replace all iron lost from the blood otherwise you could become anemic alterative take an iron supplement pill.
