Well, if you really want to do this (kind of crazy), you don't want to be using the infinitive forms of the verbs like other people have given you, but commands.
Good = ii (pronounced "ee). A nice phrase would be "Ii desu ne!" (pronounced "ee des nay!"), meaning "That's good, isn't it!", sort of in an encouraging way to a dog.
No = iie (pronounced "ee A", the "A" the way you would say it in a recitation of the alphabet)
Lay down = nekasete kudasai (pronounced "neck ah set A koo dah sigh"). You can drop the "kudasai", which is polite and unnecessary when commanding your dog.
Stay = satte kudasai (pronounced "saht tay koo dah sigh"). Sort of pause between "saht" and "tay". Again, you may drop the "kudasai".
Speak = hanashite kudasai (pronounced "ha nah sh tay koo dah sigh"). Again, you may drop the "kudasai".
Protect = mamotte kudasai (pronounced "mah moat tay koo dah sigh"). Again, you can drop the "kudasai".
Hope that helps, and good luck!
