LOL that's crazy! But I saw a picture in the Guiness Book of World Records of a tumor that grew hair and teeth. Scary stuff.

I don't know about nose teeth. But a tumor with hair/teeth/etc is called a Teratoma, greek for "monstrous tumor". I've seen one at a exhibit once, pretty crazy.
