LOL that's crazy! But I saw a picture in the Guiness Book of World Records of a tumor that grew hair and teeth. Scary stuff.

I don't know about nose teeth. But a tumor with hair/teeth/etc is called a Teratoma, greek for "monstrous tumor". I've seen one at a exhibit once, pretty crazy.

Ectopic teeth are associated with abnormal development of the palatal shelves during about the 8th week of gestation. They are frequently seen in patients with cleft palate/cleft lip..
