ask about the ultimate program, , if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just to go to myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

Losing 30 pounds just two months is not healthy. And you will probably gain it right back. The best, and most lasting, way to lose weight is slowly. People who lose weight very quickly often gain back even more. That being said, the best ways to lose weight are to exercise, every day. Do aerobics, walk, run. Lifting weights of some kind will help build muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat, and takes up less space. Even if you weigh the same, you will be smaller in size and burn more calories. Eat healthy foods, no sugar, no processed white flours--eat whole grains, no soda pop, no artificial sweetners. Eat fruit, vegetables, protein and limit (but don't exclude) carbohydrates. Basically, eat good food, don't starve yourself, but don't eat too much either. And exercise.

Theres an infomercial on tv were all you do is tighten your muscles for 7 minutes a day no weights or exercise needed. its worth a shot cuz you can do that anywhere work home car etc.

I find it amazing how people all of a sudden need to lose 30 lbs, 20 lbs etc.. because of weddings, jobs, girlfriends, boyfriends, etc. The bottom line is will power.. You need to stay within 5 lbs of what you consider your 'heathy weight'.. I was raised by parents who instilled in all of us the benefits of fitness.. I'm in my mid 50's and have basically maintained my fitness level my entire life. .If you want to try losing that fast. Increase the heck out of your cardio exercise, cut your caloric intake in half and cut out soft drinks, candy and any empty carbs.. There is a book out there by Bill Phillips.. Lot's of good common sense regarding losing.. If I recall, I think it's called, Body for Life. Check it out.

I understand you want to lose 30lbs in 2 months, but you have to take it easy. First you need to drink a lot of water. You need to eat a couple of small meals a day. Stay away from eating too much carbs, but you need some carbs/fat in your diet not to much. Try to exercise 4-5 times a day. You can try The slim fast diet. Stay away from all kind's of junk food/ sugar drinks. You can lose weight, but you have to eat right, do not starve your self at all. Take it easy. Even if you
dont lose the 30lbs dont be hard on your self. Just remember you can do anything you put your mind to.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Go jogging on an empty smotach, go slow, don't sprint. Do this as regularily as possible. Have cerial, albran is the best.
Stop with your fatty foods, thats simple, including red meat, if you must , then have chicken (not dipped in oil, but grilled).
Try and eat the bare minimum, just enough to keep your hunger away. The more you eat the more it will be stored away!

You want to "lose weight" not "loose weight" Fast weight loss is not the way to go. One to two pound weight loss per week is the safest way to go. You'll have a greater success of keeping it off that way.
