I have never heard of nose teeth, ear teeth yes (I have them) think i'd prefer the nose teeth to be honest. Keep them, you can bite your nails whilst picking your nose :O

You should consult with an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat specialist) and see what they say. If they are visible, they might cause you plenty of unsightly stares and gawks. They could also impair your breathing. See the doctor, and he/she'll recommend the proper course of action for you.
