OK, for the last two years I haven't smoked or drank, I wear sunscreen, wash my face every night, drink a ton of water, and my face looks horrible! It's all ruddy and I get major breakouts on my chin and forehead. I have been taking the same birth control pill for 5 + years, could that all of a sudden be the culprit? Should I see a dermatoligist? Thanks in advance!

Yes, see a dermatologist. The pill is most likely the cause of your acne. In some cases it helps your skin, in some cases it makes things worse. Science and medicine is never 100% for all people, you have to keep trying to see what works for you. A dermatologist is the best route to take!

I am 40 and get acne whenever I eat fatty foods or anything with "preservative salts". Cut way back or eliminate if possible all fried foods. Since cutting as much of this out of my as possible I have fewer pimples. I also use more natural products to clean my face. I have been using Bee-Luscious Cosmetics for quite some time now and I am very happy with these products. For my face I use their papaya cleaner line. Then I also get the Medicated Acne Spot Treatment (for those stubborn pimples I get on my nose on occasion). In the winter or when my skin is dry I use their Hydrating Creme Concentrate because it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients like petroleum jelly, mineral oils or alcohol. This is what I have done to keep my acne under control. I hope this will help you.
