Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! you must be going to the beach by then. the date is the exactly the same thing i had in mind. here's what my personal trainer from Gold's told me:
diet:
eat a full breakfast, eat 3 times a day with a couple of snacks at the most in between (not during late night), include your meals with friuts & vegetables, don't fry your food, don't put condiments or sauces on your food, don't drink anything with sugar on it, drink enough water throughout the day, carbs such as bread or rice during dinner should be half of what breakfast was, don't take dinner past 6pm, don't eat desert... also wanna add what Oprah said before... eat really, really, slow.
exercise:
cardio workouts (running, boxing, swimming, sports, dancing, etc) will help burn fat, weights (seek professional help for this one as this varies from person to person) will tone the muscles in places where the fat will supposedly be lost, stretching and cooling down will prevent you from getting hurt.
the more muscles you work out, the faster your body burns calories on an average. diet & exercise go hand in hand.

Sure if you believe all the commercials on tv(just read the small print regarding "results not typical). I would say to you. No.. the first 5lbs are usually water weight. Crash diets are not healthy either. If you want to lose.. start earlier. Good luck

yes! well, maybe not 20 but close. what i do is just keep track of what i'm eating, dance around my room, exercise, and green tea. i take what i would normally eat and then cut that in half. also, if i can't pronounce what's in what i'm eating, i won't eat it.
