If she's Christian now, or if the man's pastor has no problem with interfaith marriages, they can. Some ministers (Catholic, Assemblies of God, a few others) won't perform interfaith marriages, or treat interfaith couples differently.

Being "christened" is not a requirement for being a Christian, as shown in John 6:47. "I tell you the truth, he who believes has everlasting life." Mark 16:16 takes it one step further and says "Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."
The only common element of salvation in all the verses pertaining to that subject is that we believe.
If your friend is a believer he or she has no problem.

Christening has nothing to do with becoming a Christian. That is just one more add-on by the Catholic church with zero Bible references to back it up.
Both need to be born again into the Kingdom in order to be Christian. I suggest they get this straight before getting married.

She may be asked to be christened by the church. Or your friend may decide to do it on her own. But I don't think there is a requirement

It depends on the church. If he is a Latter-day Saint, they will not be able to be married in a church. But most other churches, I think, will marry them.

She will probably have to join that church first, do a little dance, eat a little bread, read some prayers, give a little money, etc.
