If you use it too much, the bacteria become immune to it. It might be okay to use it occasionally. It's also not good for children to use it to wash their hands all the time. Occasionally if they touch something gross, it's okay, but not all the time.
Also, using anti-bacterial products too much can cause one to get a yeast infection, so be careful. It's the reason why doctors ask women if they have vaginal itching after they've been prescribed penicillin products. Too much can cause yeast to build up. Babies and men can get it, too. (That's kinda what jock itch is.)

It's a good soap to bathe with as long as your skin can tolerate it.

It will dry you out a bit. I would suggest just getting a normal bath gel or bar.

antibacterial soaps can be irritating and can dry your skin. They are good for after you have a good workout or ocassions like that, but not for everyday use
