Lift weights. The slight increase in your lean mass will let you burn extra calories 24 hours per day. Also, cardio helps.

Losing weight requires a very simple formula... burn off more calories than what you eat. The best way is to increase your exercise and cut back on what you eat (particularly cut back on stuff that isn't good for you, like too many fats, too much sugar, etc).

The magic diet pill industry makes billions of dollars a year on people looking for a quick, effortless fix... but less food/more exercise is the only thing that truly works.

first,you have to be determined that you really want to lose weight. then you have to have a goal weight. you can increase your metabolism by eating 5 small meals a day and exercising at least 3 times a day. another thing you should remember is portion control.
