I been haveing this feeling of something on the left side of my chest and it hurts some times and it just feels like its filled with fluid or something. I have had a cold for some time. I had 2 ekgs done but they turned out ok. The doctor put me on ETODOLAC. Would it be inflammation in my chest and sometimes on my side and would it feel like fluid build up and give you discomfort?

Tell your doctor your concerns and ask for a chest ex ray.
If he wont order one, you could try a different doctor or the emergency room at the hospital.

It could very well give you that feeling. Since your under a doctor's care I would give it time to clear up and not worry too much.
